“The shoes were lovely but the style not being Velcro at the toe end of the shoe could not accommodate my larger foot. However having to pay postage to return Gabor are out of touch with many other businesses who offer free returns. I will not be purchasing on line again.”

“I have not received the shoes yet, so this is about the "service". I placed my order on 26 May, and it has not yet left the UK. I understand (perhaps) that international orders take longer, and I am quite literally on the other side of the globe, but this is quite odd, to say the least. Mind you, I like Gabor shoes, and I am quite certain that once they arrive I will write another, favourable review, but the shipping is very questionable.”

Hello Thank you for contacting us. As you are aware your order has been dispatched via Royal Mail and it left the UK on the 5th of June. I agree that Royal Mail have taken a little longer than expected to process it through their International Depot. Please accept my apologies for this. Once it arrives and is scanned through customs in your destination country, you will be able to follow its progress through to delivery. “I love the quality, comfort and vibrant colours of the Lanzarote sandals. Since discovering these summer staples last year, I now have three pairs, in red suede, emerald green suede and pink floral on white crazed-effect leather. The footbed is supportive and also made of either suede or leather and the outsole is a sturdy, hard-wearing rubber. I am delighted with my footwear.”

“I desperately needed a size 6.5 shoe in the ruffle punched flat design to replace the size 7 that was a "boat"! I had to shop elsewhere online for a similar mint nubuck / menta shade. A lot of hassle to get a good Habit shoe for a wedding in three weeks' time...”

“I ordered a size 3.5 as Gabor tend to come up big. Unfortunately they were too small! I rang and spoke to Michael at customer services and he was extremely helpful. My exchange came through very quickly.”

“Found these shoes in John Lewis but only in black so went in the Gabor website and found them in ‘rose gold’ a perfect neutral colour that I was after. They are fabulously comfortable add I am very happy with my purchase.”

“I loved the shoes, but unfortunately they were too narrow for my feet. The reason for my low rating is that Gabor shoes charged me £9.50 for returning them via Royal Mail using the returns label provided and I consider this excessive, considering that I live on the UK mainland.”

“I now have 6 pairs of Gabor Shoes, not all the same but similar. Love them. They are so comfortable, dress down or up. Service is great and just as a bonus ai got 15% off the most recent purchase. Great product, good quality, great service.”
