“Boots are very comfortable but not of a high quality for the price that I paid. The leather creased very badly after one wear and they looked old very quickly.”

“I’m a size 7 but I bought size 8 - as I have wide feet 🦶 but your shoes were so small that I couldn’t fit my feet in the shoes! So retuned back to you for a size 9 - Gabor this is a joke size 9 - I have been wearing your shoes for 30 years - then the headache of returning and eating for an exchange or refund is awful - not to mention the money it cost me to post back at no fault of mine”

The shoes that you bought are just a standard fitting, you may find that a wider fitting is better for you. “Easy website to navigate with plenty of choice for boots and shoes: but best of all, there are half sizes available, which is a big plus as it means straight toes and no more fiddly inserts! Stylish choices, popping colours for trainers and a painfree shopping experience equals 5*in my opinion.”

“I really liked the style of these shoes but the sizing of them was disappointing. They came up so large I couldn’t comfortably walk in them. I have ordered a smaller size, as they are beautiful shoes but I was sorry to find that I had to pay for return postage to send them back ( something I have not been used to with other online retailers). I hope that the smaller size shoe fits or it will have been an expensive and unsuccessful shopping experience.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your shoes were a little large and that you have had to return for exchange. We do cover the cost of postage to our customers and also for the exchange, but do ask if you can return at your own cost. You can take back to a Charles Clinkard store, we have a few not too far from you, and you have up to 365 days to return an item so long as unworn.
