“These Boat Ankle Boots are absolutely magic! I bought two pairs as I can't bear the thought of them ever wearing out!! Please correct description because they are definitely NOT a wide fitting - just right for me and I have very narrow feet! They have been comfy as slippers ever since Day 1 plus they are beautifully made, strong and fashionable (unless you want chunky biker boots). Love them :-)”

“Being as I take a small size shoe 34 it is diifficult to get shoes to fit me. I ordered 3 pairs shoes, and only one pair of sandals fiited me. The two pair of loafers came up big in size 2 1/2 which was a shame.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that the shoes that you ordered were too large. These were wide fitting shoes, which may be one of the reasons you found them to be large. We do have others that are similar in a standard fitting, I have added a link below. Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that these shoes are too clunky for your liking. You can return the shoes back to any Charles Clinkard store if you wish, there are several larger towns close to where you live that have these stores and you do have up to one year to return for full refund. If you do post back, second class is fine, then ask for extra tracking which keeps the cost down. Alternatively there is a link to collect + on our website. I hope that this information is of help. “Very comfortable trainers. This is the second pair that I've purchased and they are just as comfortable and as high a quality as the first pair. I have a very high instep and wide feet and the wide fit trainers are perfect. Gabor provided a quick, efficient service, delivering earlier than the scheduled timescale.”

“Beautifull boots but colour was not as shown in the ad. Sent back for dark navy and these arrived quick but too small. I am a standard 6 so have returned these for larger size Expensive postage for returns!”

“Great service; easy website. I have several pairs of Gabor boots.Sadly despite the wider fit my left foot was quite uncomfortable as I have a very sensitive wee left toe. I will need to return these really handsome boots bought in the January sale. Please make a wider left foot last for us ladies!”

“Lovely shoes . Unfortunately I have a very bad bunion on my left foot & was hoping a wider fit would fit. It didn’t. I have kept a pair of trainers 😊. The rest of the styles were sent back & paying for the returned postage was VERY expensive.”

“I have always purchased Gabor Shoes . They are comfy to wear, long lasting and attractive. However I did ask that these shoes be returned and someone was supposed to call for them last Monday 22ndJanuary, to date no-one has been in touch with me and not onr person has been to collect the shoes. If you have the shoes with the flatter heel in a wider size I would like to buy these instead.”
