“Purchase of sandals very easy and efficient. Unfortunately the sandals were not wide enough. I very often purchase Gabor shoes . The refund process was very efficient.”

“I have purchased for many years, and I have always been happy with them. I paid £75 for the shoes, I ordered a G fitting and received a F fitting. Gabor shoes have always been sturdy, but the shoes Piquet Ballerina, were quite flimsy and did not fit property, very disappointed.”

Thank you for your review. The Gabor Piquet are a wide fitting shoe and a G fitting not an F. They are also quite sturdy. I am wondering if we have maybe sent an incorrect item to you? It is unusual for this to happen, but if someone has put shoes in the incorrect box, it could happen. I can see that you have returnded for refund and do hope that you find a shoe that you like as much and has the support that you need. Kind regards, Janice - customer services

“I had to return the shoes because they were to small Its impossible to buy shoes online so I won't be buying your shoes again unless I can go into a shop but as the nearest shop is over 40 miles from me I won't travel that distance.I don't under why you don't have a shop around the london area.”

“The shoes themselves were lovely when they finally arrived, however from order to dispatch was slow and then company let down by the appalling delivery service of DPD. Shoes great, delivery terrible.”

“I cannot find other brand that is comfortable as Gabor shoes. With small size requirement and comfort, I highly recomment Gabor. Pricey but worth the quality.”

“Well made and comfortable soles. I bought this pair to replace an old pair as I knew how comfortable they were. These seem narrower than my old ones so I’m glad I bought half a size bigger to have more room.”
