“Boots are fine - packaging leaves a lot to be desired - arrived in a cardboard box which was split at three corners & looked as if it had been kicked along the warehouse floor. At £125 for the pair of boots I think we deserved much better packaging. Unfortunately as a Christmas present they will look like they were bought in a Jumble Sale - very disappointing!”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that the box has been damaged. The box is there ultimately to protect the contents in transit and I am happy to hear that the boots are ok. We apologise sincerely for the disappointment with regard to the box. Kind regards, Janice - customer services

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the address on the order placed, did not have a house number and the Postal Service were not able to locate the address. As I can see that the item is on the way back, I have refunded for you today. We do hope that you will place a new order. Kind regards, Janice - customer services

“Loved the shoes. I have a fairly narrow foot and with a thin insole they fit realy well. Having paid £95 for a pair of shoes I never expected to have to re-stick the rubber heel back on after just two days of wearing them indoors. Would still buy again. Arrived on time and with an eco friendly re-usable bag for returns ifneeded.”
