“Great service, order arrived on time . Lovely shoes, perfect colour to match my Mother of the Bride outfit. Very comfortable and the size is perfect. British sizes, not the continental ones, which is a relief , especially when you need large sizes of footwear.”

“This was the first time I have used the website to order my Gabor shoes. It was easy to find the style that I was looking for and the colour selection was good. I placed my order on the Wednesday and was surprised to receive my shoes on the Friday. Excellent service.”

“When I opened the plastic delivery bag, I found the box was completely crushed and badly torn on one end. The right hand boot is badly creased, not sure if this is a manufacturing fault or because of the bad packaging.”

Thank you for your review. On our free standard service, we do let customers know that it can take 2 to 5 workign days to dispatch. If the shoes are no longer available in our warehouse, this allows us time to get more in to fulfil the order. We also have paid services, such as express delivery for £3.99 and next day for £5.99. With regard to returns, we do deliver free of charge and on our website, we have a link where for the lower cost of £3.20 you can produce a tracked label or QR code for Royal Mail, or you may choose any other delivery service that you wish. “Good quality of shoes, soft leather, perfect fit for a wide leg. Finding comfortable heels is always a challenge for me, but Gabor usually provides perfect solution. It would be great to see a wider variety of contemporary designs to have a mixture of fresh look and comfort”
