“Have only worn these shoes a couple of times and they mark so easily. The brushes they recommend don’t help either. Only suitable for wearing indoors I would say.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. With nubuck, it is recommended to dry clean with a brush or suede/nubuck cleaner. Protective and reviving sprays are also a good tool to use as this can minimise stains and make them easier to buff out. These can be found in most footwear retailers. Unfortunately nubuck can pick up dirt easily, so does need to be cleaned often. But the right care can prolong the life of the shoes. “Ordered the boots for myself in the blue suede and I am delighted with them. Haven't worn them yet but I'm sure they will stand up well to the icy pavements and cold winters.”

“I've got lots of Gabour shoes and boots. The boots I have bought I have kept as they are so well made. The only down side is there is a lack of insole padding. They are a bit hard on the undersole. I'll but another insole, but they really should look at this on the manufacturing side. Still love Gabours.”

“I just love Gabor shoes. I already have two pairs of shoes , and my latest purchase was a pair of emerald green trainers, which could be considered a bit OTT for a 77 year old woman!!!!! I love them they look good with my white trousers and also with my black leggings.”

“I bought these because I had a beige pair in the same style which are very comfortable and I needed a darker pair I could wear with tights. Unfortunately the navy version is much narrower and the back is not as soft and scraped up my ankle. It’s a lovely shoe but it’s going to take a long while to wear them in”

“Lovely style, however too big in the heels, so I couldn't keep them on. The colour is a real yellow gold...I think a rose gold or pewter would be better. Very easy to return for refund”
