“You received my Tracked return on Saturday 18 May 24. As of today (25 May) I have not had an acknowledgement of the return nor a refund to my account. In fact, no communication other than this review request. The shoes looked lovely but were not a good fit, they were returned to you within 2/3 days of original receipt. Please expedite my return. I had hoped for better.”
