“Due to an error on our part, we placed an order for the wrong colour chair legs. On speaking to FusionLiving over the phone, their customer service was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. They went out of their way to send us the correct goods, and communicated both verbally and via eMail on what was happening. Their goods are as described, and their delivery was very quick. We would not hesitate in buying from them again.”

“I had left a message regarding a couple of queries about the eames DSW chairs. I was rung back that same day and my queries were answered in full. I can't remember the woman's name - my terrible memory - but she was extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't hesitate to place my order that evening.”

“Did not get a dispatch notification after a few days. Customer support contacted me with an update when it would be dispatched so much better now I know what is happening with my order.”

Hopefully you will have seen that the lead time for delivery for the clock you ordered is Up to 1 Week and this was listed against the product where it says "Item in Stock". We are pleased to let you know that your clock is scheduled for dispatch tomorrow and will be delivered to you on Friday 11th March by Interlink Express. “Ordering was easy. Had a question about my order and it was answered very quickly. It was delivered when they said it would be. Finally the chairs are fabulous, well made and well priced. Would definitely use Fusion Living again.”

“Lovely clock with metal work. Delivered when due and very happy with. Clock arms are quite thin and at first 'hit' eachother first time round. Minor adjust later at all sorted.”

“I came across Fusion Living after a competitor of theirs, Cult Furniture gave me extremely poor customer service before I even bought my product. I didn't want to risk buying from them, so instead I ordered from Fusion, which it turns out offered a better price anyway as well as free delivery for my order which arrived the same time as Cult's charged delivery would have- the next day. No issues, rapid delivery, well packaged and very happy with my product so far- can’t see any issues, and hopefully I won’t find any! Will be using Fusion Furniture again. Thanks guys, I am a happy customer!”
