“Did not get a dispatch notification after a few days. Customer support contacted me with an update when it would be dispatched so much better now I know what is happening with my order.”

Dear Carl Thank you for your Review message and for your order with us. We hope that you received your email Order Confirmation once you had placed your order? Hopefully you will have seen that the lead time for delivery for the clock you ordered is Up to 1 Week and this was listed against the product where it says "Item in Stock". We are pleased to let you know that your clock is scheduled for dispatch tomorrow and will be delivered to you on Friday 11th March by Interlink Express. “Ordering was easy. Had a question about my order and it was answered very quickly. It was delivered when they said it would be. Finally the chairs are fabulous, well made and well priced. Would definitely use Fusion Living again.”

“Lovely clock with metal work. Delivered when due and very happy with. Clock arms are quite thin and at first 'hit' eachother first time round. Minor adjust later at all sorted.”

“I came across Fusion Living after a competitor of theirs, Cult Furniture gave me extremely poor customer service before I even bought my product. I didn't want to risk buying from them, so instead I ordered from Fusion, which it turns out offered a better price anyway as well as free delivery for my order which arrived the same time as Cult's charged delivery would have- the next day. No issues, rapid delivery, well packaged and very happy with my product so far- can’t see any issues, and hopefully I won’t find any! Will be using Fusion Furniture again. Thanks guys, I am a happy customer!”

“Am so pleased with the customer service I have recieved... Ive called up 3 times to discuss an item as I was unsure, The lady on the other end of the phone was delightful, very helpful and paintent which goes a long way with me. As a business myself, I understand the importance if customer service and this company have it down to a T. Thank you for our ghost chair sits wonderfully in our boutique.”

“After being let down very badly by another company it was a pleasure to deal with Fusion Living. As I was placing the order there was a hiccup with my system and I wasn't able to tell if the order had gone through properly! A quick phone call the following morning confirmed that all was well and that my order had been received and was being processed! I was assured that it would be despatched on the Tuesday and would be delivered the following day via Interlink Express! True to their word the Interlink Express van delivered my item before mid-day! I'm very happy with my dealings with Fusion Living, have absolutely no qualms about dealing with them again, and can happily recommend them to anyone!”

“Wow, what a service, i ordered 4 Crystal clear ghost style chairs on Thursday morning which I received early Friday morning, one of the chairs was damaged when i opened it, I contacted Carley at Sales who was really helpful and pleasant and arranged for another chair to be delivered today (Monday) as they don't deliver at weekends, the chair arrived by 11am and was perfect, I couldn't have asked for better service. If awards were given for customer care i would nominate Carley 5*. I would highly recommend the chairs and the company for customer service.”
