“Superb chairs; exactly what I was hoping for. Widest range of colours available and really comfortably designed for my bad back Only problem was I paid for premium delivery (before 10.30am) but I had to wait till the next day. But Fusion instantly refunded me the £26 delivery charge. Wonderful customer service. Highly recommended!!!!”

“It was a very long wait for dining chairs due to shipment delays but they're 100% worth the wait. They are great quality and look fabulous. Any time I needed to speak to one of the team they were great too, wonderful customer service.”

“I had to pre order the stools I wanted so knew I would have to wait for them.They arrived today after several weeks of waiting but they are gorgeous and were definitely worth waiting for . The team in the service centre are friendly helpful and kept me up to date with my order .Thank you”

“Had my chairs after a long wait as they were out of stock. Smaller than I imagined when they finally arrived even though your given the sizes. Love them around my dining table though, they give the illusion of a lot more space than my old bulky looking chairs. So I guess I can say they are worth the wait.”

“I would have giving 5 stars but although very nice customer service staff, a few bits missing and one barstool is slightly uneven but will probably but a tiny bit of floor protector on slightly shorter leg. Love fusion chairs, easy to put together, lovely colours and long lasting. I have 6 dining chairs with Eiffel legs just need to change floor rubber protectors every year or so. Bar stools are lovely and very comfy in aqua and teal.”

“Delivery was a little late but kept informed. Delivery man only left item at my door upon ringing the bell. It would have been nice if it was handed to me. Anyhooo, the product, the chair itself is amazing. Sleek and fits in very well with my decor. Easy to assemble and sturdy. I am very happy with my purchase.”

We quite agree that it is a much more personal service if the items are handed to you personally and this is usually the case. “Ottima comunicazione, bellissime sedie, corrispondono alla descrizione ma 3 sedie su quattro sono leggermente rovinate sullo schienale ( scalfitura 6 mm ,forse un problema di imballaggio).”

Apprezziamo sinceramente il tuo feedback sulle bellissime sedie e sulla loro corrispondenza alla descrizione. Ci scusiamo per il leggero danno su tre sedie su quattro, anche se abbiamo notato che avevi un ordine misto di sedie outlet e sedie normali. Le nostre sedie outlet sono vendute ad un prezzo ridotto (fino al 60%) perché presentano leggere imperfezioni come un graffio o una piccola scheggiatura, ma sono pur sempre prodotti nuovi. Spero che questo chiarisca il motivo per cui alcune sedie hanno un piccolo graffio sullo schienale! Our outlet chairs are sold at a reduced rate (up to 60% off) because they have slight imperfections like a scratch or small chip, but are still brand new products. “Delivery fast. The chairs are very nice! Good quality and easy to built together. Only one (black chair) had some small scratches but with the pillow on top its not visible.”

“My order was delivered ahead of schedule, which was a delight in this day and age. Had a problem with a part damaged in transit. My email was responded promptly and the problem sorted. Excellent customer service. The chairs I ordered were delightful. It's a risk when you order online as it difficult to see the actual quality. Thank you Fision Living”
