“Very happy with the sideboard. Very well packed, delivered to the doorstep. No waiting really, delivered from stock a week after ordering. Delivery firm could improve. Promised a call one hour before delivery. Of course this did not happen even though written on delivery sheet, just luck I was in at the time it arrived. Would have given extra star but for this.”

“Great customer service! Carley was extremely helpful in helping to organise a delivery to our flat which did not have the easiest access. She went out of her way to search for alternative couriers to meet our needs exactly. Still haven't put the assembled the item yet (Oval marble tulip table) but I imagine it will look great!”

“Our chest of drawers (shabby chic cream painted chest of drawers - £189) arrived today. We were expecting minimal assembly as it states...'most of our furniture arrives fully assembled, however, some of our pieces may require the very minimum of assembly'...our chest of drawers came flat pack and it had to be build piece by piece. The product looks very nice and we are happy with it but we were expecting better quality and it to be a bit heavier due to the price. We also weren't given enough grip screws for the drawer handles, we had extra pieces in the house, different to what we really needed but it worked. We were also told the delivery people would be in touch to arrange delivery but they weren't and simply turned up. We are happy with the size and look of the piece.”

“Ordered 6 Tulip Chairs on Friday and got an email Monday evening that they'd be delivered on Tuesday. Freaked out as wasn't going to be home but customer service immediately responded that there'd be a one-hour delivery window confirmed on Tues AM, so was able to come home in time to meet the courier (who was on time). The chairs were relatively easy to assemble, except that 4 of them had a slight manufacturing issue as the final bolt wouldn't quite align, no matter what we did. A quick drilling sorted that out and all the bolts are in and the chairs looks superb. Also - they're much more comfortable than our outgoing Eames Eiffel chairs. Really happy with the customer service, delivery process, price and product - thank you!”

“I received really good service. I had a problem making payment a few times with a credit card ( which wasnt your fault ), and I received a coutesy call to flag up the issue. I paid there and then with another card, and delivery was immediately arranged. thank you”
