“I bought a single Robin Day chair to make a pair with an existing bought some years ago. Fusion were trying to contact me by phone to arrange delivery - but I wasn't picking up. Thanks to a bad bout of laryngitis I couldn't talk. So they emailed and we sorted out using that medium. I'm impressed with their responsiveness on email. You know how it usually goes: 1) Send email (2) Get holding reply. (3) Get response at length - often great length. (4) Reply and repeat etc But not with Fusion. A proper response from an actual person. Makes a refreshing change. Well done Fusion. Should I ever be in the market for another Robin Day chair - or indeed anything else, I'll certainly have a look at you.”

“We purchased four Tulip chair's which were delivered as promised when the new stock arrived. The order process was straightforward and there was always someone at the end of the phone to answer any questions. We are very happy with the purchase.”

“Chair was delivered so quick and I’m so happy with it looks gorgeous in my room and quality is amazing! I can’t thank the delivery man enough as well , as I was not home when he tried to deliver.. I asked him is he could deliver to my sisters and he was very happy to do so on the same day. Amazing Amazing Amazing!!!”

“Fusion living turned out to be an unexpectedly positive experience. I was able to find a phone number at the front page of their website, which is an easy these days, and when I rang the phone number for human answered it almost immediately, without lots of choose option on this and wait and choose option that. The person is answered the phone was amazingly helpful making a large company feel like a small family run business.”

“The table and chairs were very safely packed and arrived without a mark. The chairs are really comfortable and the set looks extremely neat and fresh. Final thought, if you have any spillage the table can be wiped clean. Oh, I must also say that Fusion Living was efficient and speedy. Thank you.”

“To answer your questionnaire frankly, I would say that your follow-up was perfect, your delivery on time, your product is exactly what we were hoping for, that your price is great, however we had a little problem with the assembly. on a chair, The screw of the trunk, which holds the seat, and, which allows to turn it is defective. and therefore the seat is unstable. but we do not intend to return the chair to you, or to make a complaint. it is too much work for us, costing us more than the price .”

“We ordered a single Eiffel dining chair to try out in our home, this delivery was delayed, however from start to finish, the customer service we received was great and we were kept up to date. The chair suited our dining room perfectly so we ordered 7 more in a variety of bright colours. They all arrived within a week of ordering and look fabulous! We are so pleased with our contemporary bright mix of chairs and they are comfortable too.”

“The chair was delivered quickly and is a good product, however, it came with only 4 screws which are to secure the legs to the underside of of the seat; no bolts were supplied to attach the legs to the wooden rocking base. consequently we had to purchase these separately.”

“My fiancé placed an order for some stools and chairs for our house to use once we moved in together. We were due to get married on the 24th March 2020 but the government brought it’s COVID-19 lockdown restrictions in on the 23rd March 2020 so our wedding was not able to go ahead which in itself has obviously been quite a lot of pressure for us. Since then we have looked at the product and it's not what we were expecting in terms of quality or usability. We have gone back to Fusion Living asking if we can return and that we will want to order something in due course. However, they have refused to do this for us. We understand that they are totally within their right to not let us return as we are outside of their returns time window but it is a shame for them to not provide this flexibility at such unprecedented times. Fusion Living are the only supplier that haven't shown us consideration, decency and flexibility in what is an unprecedented situation for us all. If they were worried about about us not placing our replacement order with them then they could have offered to refund in vouchers that we could reuse with them which would have been a win win for both leaving us feeling satisfied. I'm sure many customers have had a good experience with Fusion Living but it is at times like this that shows a companies real care and interest in it's customers. Coming from a 3rd generation family business myself where from the day we started it has been drummed into us that we put the customer at the centre of everything we do I know how doing something which is of small consequence to the company but of great significance to the customer provides such long term value and customer confidence for the future. We say the first and foremost thing is that whatever has happened the main thing is to leave the customer feeling satisfied because they are your future! As I say Fusion Living are totally within their right and have provided some replacement feet for some of the items that were broken but I do find it interesting to see how companies handle these situations.”

We do try to do as much as we can to keep our customers happy and satisfied. However you ordered with us in February, received your order 3rd March and the first we were contacted about your return was 6 weeks later, we do understand these are unprecedented times and due to this we extended our returns period for orders received after 3rd April, but given you had had the products 6 weeks we are unfortunately not able to accept your return. “I ordered my chair on Thursday and it came on Friday, completely free, I was kept updated of its whereabouts; it came on time and so I had it so quickly. The chair itself is elegant, sturdy and looks stunning in my bedroom, since I bought it for my desk. I was so impressed by my service from fusion and will absolutely be using it again!”
