“Delivery was delayed, but I had to phone to find out why. However, when it was to be delivered I was informed beforehand. The packaging was sturdy if a little battered and my order arrived in perfect condition. Instructions to put together were adequate with illustration, tool and necessary bits.”

“Much to like. Great service and prompt delivery. However the finish on the cushions was variable and quite puckered in places, we debated sending them back but for the cost and the overall look and durability we decided to keep”

“Basically pleased with the table and chairs arrived well packed and undamaged but one cushion cover had a faulty zip that would not stay done up.l sent an email and got a quick response,that Fusion Living would check with the warehouse and get back to me on Monday 18-9-23 . Nothing happened on Tuesday l email again and got a response that a replacement cushion cover would be sent by the end of the week Fusion Living have the item in stock on their website so waiting confirmation it has been sent.”

“The chairs and table are very well built and amazing quality, my reason for three stars is the table and chairs which are made as a set are not very well put together as they don’t fit under the 4 seater table even though they are sold as the matching set, they stick out 11inches from the table when pushed in as far as they can go which is a waste of space in a small area,….the staff are however are amazing to deal with and really helpful,”

“While the order process and delivery were very good, unfortunately the quality of the item I received is poor. The metal legs are rough in places and the underside of seat cushion has not been trimmed or finished neatly-it is messily staplled and bunched up. That means cushion pad does not not meet the screws intended to keep it in place. It is attached now by only one screw instead of two. Very poor quality and definitely overpriced.”

“despite rearranging my delivery for 2 days later they still came on the original delivery day. So not happy with that. I paid for 6 sets of floor protectors on them and i only got 4 sets please send other 2 sets. I sent an email nut nobody answered this”

“looked lovely on ad, the delivery guy was great, I opened the box & did 1 chair fine, the other 1 of the screws wouldn’t go in it was faulty & 2 small marks on both cushions, not too pleased when I paid £110 each.”

“Gorgeous good quality chairs. They came with no instructions but after emailing to have them sent over they were sent immediately. Not the easiest to put together even with instructions due to a lack of pre-drilled holes but definitely worth the effort.”

“The chair arrived in good time and well packed. However, the screws and washers were not secure in the plastic bag, and were scattered throughout the cardboard box. Also, the cardboard box was not sealed properly, meaning the screws and washers were falling out of the box before I had a chance to open it. This has resulted in me being one washer short. I’ll see if I can obtain a spare washer from somewhere but if not, I’ll request another to be sent.”

Thank you for taking the time to write a Review for us. We are very sorry that the screws were not sealed properly and it seems one has escaped from the box. We check all items before they leave our warehouse but it appears on this occasion the box has possibly become split/slightly unsealed in transit and has resulted in the washer being lost. “I’m very happy with the table but I was never given any means of tracing delivery after it was dispatched and when the driver arrived he just left the heavy table off me to bring upstairs to the first floor by myself with my partner. He didn’t deliver to my actual flat !!”

In terms of the type of delivery, our free delivery service is to the door step of the building only and unfortunately the couriers are not able to come into the property. “The chair was delivered quickly and is a good product, however, it came with only 4 screws which are to secure the legs to the underside of of the seat; no bolts were supplied to attach the legs to the wooden rocking base. consequently we had to purchase these separately.”

“The chairs are beautiful and arrived when specified. However, putting the cushion on the chairs to assemble was very difficult, I assumed it would only be the feet you had to fix together. It’s so hard that it took two people, one to hold the cushion the other to put the screws in, the screws could of been longer too. My package also arrived with extra washers but minus two long screws. Other than that they look stunning!”
