“Excellent website - ordered 6 dining room chairs on Thursday evening and received them Monday lunch time !!! Extremely pleased with Fusion Living especially as I had ordered the same chairs from another website 18 wks ago and I'm still waiting ! Always read the reviews - lesson learnt - very happy customer :)”

“Very Friendly welcoming company..We had been searching for modern kitchen bar stools for months. Other companies such as Bluesuntree and vertigo interiors didn't have by far the variety or the stock and expected us to wait 12 weeks for delivery! Fusion is totally the opposite of the companies mentioned above. Fusion is people friendly, very flexible, genuine, good value for money, has amazing style and huge variety of stock. We are now enjoying our new kitchen bar stools and are happy we were the first customers to see/ use the new stock range that fusion had on order that day. Cannot recommend enough. Thankyou. We shall be returning.”

“Made the order on-line on Friday, and our chairs were delivered on Monday. Everything well wrapped and as exactly as advertised. Couldn't have been easier. Recommended”

“Ordered 4 Eames Eiffel retro chairs. Prompt free delivery. One chair came in wrong colour but was picked up and replaced with no fuss. Excellent customer service. Very impressed.”

The email you would have received would have been to review our customer service as opposed to the product, which would be emailed to you once you had received your chairs. “Product was dispatched. But had delivery problems. Carley at Fusion quickly took action and my Ghost Chair was delivered successfully. Carley kept me informed at all stages. Very good customer service.”
