“Most helpful as I wasn't sure which colours to order. Very pleased with 3 of the 4 colours and so shall return that one but order 3 additional chairs as they are so lovely.”

Hi Richard Thank you for your Review. The email you would have received would have been to review our customer service as opposed to the product, which would be emailed to you once you had received your chairs. “Product was dispatched. But had delivery problems. Carley at Fusion quickly took action and my Ghost Chair was delivered successfully. Carley kept me informed at all stages. Very good customer service.”

“Due to an error on our part, we placed an order for the wrong colour chair legs. On speaking to FusionLiving over the phone, their customer service was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. They went out of their way to send us the correct goods, and communicated both verbally and via eMail on what was happening. Their goods are as described, and their delivery was very quick. We would not hesitate in buying from them again.”

“I had left a message regarding a couple of queries about the eames DSW chairs. I was rung back that same day and my queries were answered in full. I can't remember the woman's name - my terrible memory - but she was extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't hesitate to place my order that evening.”
