“We ordered a single Eiffel dining chair to try out in our home, this delivery was delayed, however from start to finish, the customer service we received was great and we were kept up to date. The chair suited our dining room perfectly so we ordered 7 more in a variety of bright colours. They all arrived within a week of ordering and look fabulous! We are so pleased with our contemporary bright mix of chairs and they are comfortable too.”

“We bought two kitchen chairs from Fusion Living six years ago and they proved to be comfortable, hard-wearing and attractive. When we changed our colour scheme we didn't hesitate to order from them again. Delivery was quick and a scratch on one seat was quickly sorted for us by the excellent Michelle in Customer Service. She arranged for a replacement which we received two days later. If only all companies were so efficient and helpful!!”

“Michelle in the office is very helpful and communicates any issues which is nice to know there is someone human at the end of a phone or email for any queries. Hopefully these chairs will have longevity but I did buy similar from a previous supplier and two chairs have broken within 2 years. Hopefully Fusion living chairs will have a longer life.”
