“We ordered a single Eiffel dining chair to try out in our home, this delivery was delayed, however from start to finish, the customer service we received was great and we were kept up to date. The chair suited our dining room perfectly so we ordered 7 more in a variety of bright colours. They all arrived within a week of ordering and look fabulous! We are so pleased with our contemporary bright mix of chairs and they are comfortable too.”

“My chair was delivered on time and fairly easy to assemble. I would recommend Fusion. It was my first purchase from them but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again.”

“Ordered set of Fusion chairs. Love them! Exactly as seen on website - sturdy, my style. I found this company by chance when browsing web for garden chairs. Since ordering I have discovered other items of furntire on their website that I like. Unfortunately one particular style of chair I like and have been searching for ages is out of stock. I will check back when they are expected to be back in stock.n Fast delivery. However delivery/shopping experience down rated as couriers did NOT ring doorbell, knock on door - standard practice it seems with all delivery companies - don't know what’s going on there, apart from neglect; suspect that delivery workers share same WhatsApp group and let it be known fastest way to get orders delivered is to dump on customers‘ properties and push ’delivered‘ notification as they walk off; forget checking to see if customer in or they have given specific delivery instructions.”

“We are very happy with our purchase and had lots of compliments on the chairs.They were packed so well and we are very pleased.I contacted your company to say that they should put a label on them with contact details as we saw them in M&S for display purposes and several people were looking at them.It was only after asking a manager that we got your details.”

“We bought two kitchen chairs from Fusion Living six years ago and they proved to be comfortable, hard-wearing and attractive. When we changed our colour scheme we didn't hesitate to order from them again. Delivery was quick and a scratch on one seat was quickly sorted for us by the excellent Michelle in Customer Service. She arranged for a replacement which we received two days later. If only all companies were so efficient and helpful!!”
