“I ordered two brass and marble side tables totalling £600 pounds. I left them packaged for two weeks as I am renovating my property. When I opened the package one of the marble tops was cracked. I've been refused a replacement top because it was 16 days after delivery that I reported the problem rather than 14 days. I took pictures of the top with the packaging next to it right away and sent them to fusion living. A replacement top will be £136! Poor customer service.”

Hi Cherie, We’re sorry to hear that the table top had been broken. We do try our very best to accommodate any replacements and returns and our terms state that we should be notified within 14 days of any damage. As you contacted us after this time, and as you had also moved house since the delivery, we endeavoured to assist by offering you a replacement table top at a cost price for you. “Table arrived with no washers & a dented base. Delivery driver left table out on the busy road & would not carry it inside.”

Hi Hannah Thank you for your Review. We are sorry to hear that the table arrived with no washers and a dented base. We will make contact directly with you to discuss getting this replaced for you and also about how the delivery took place. The driver should always obtain a signature before handing the goods over, so nothing should every be left outside. Hopefully you will also have seen in the product information that we advise that this table is delivered on a pallet and that the delivery driver will deliver to your doorstep only. This is due to insurance purposes in that the drivers are not ensured to manoeuvre goods directly into the property. We will make contact directly to discuss further with you. We hope this helps. “Excellent customer service experience. The chair I have ordered was actually faulty on arrival but within less than 24 hours I have had a replacement chair! Super fast service, efficient, prompt, and easy to get hold of - and good quality product too. Recommended.”

“Bought a Saarinen replica dining table for a client's apartment. Good quality and value for money. The delivery was very swift and smooth, item arrived earlier than expected and preceded by a phone call. Customer Service is excellent! “How customer service should be done. Can not praise enough, the great experience I have had. Carley owned the order from start to finish, she is a credit to the company. Her communication was outstanding, keeping me informed at every stage, I didn't have to call once to chase up. I hope she is recognised by Fusion. We purchased the chairs for a fashion show room and they look great. (Have recommended Fusion to so many people) One of the chairs had a fault after a week. I called Carley, in one phone call she solved the issue. Again great communication skills and problem solving. I usually can not be bothered to write reviews they take up to much time and bore me. The only reason I have bothered this time is because when someone makes so much effort it is rude for that effort not to be recognised. I usually find customer service a huge pain in the backside and that they are not there to serve the customer as the title suggests. It's so refreshing to deal with a human on the other end of the phone. One that listens and offers a solution and follows through to the end. 100% will buy again and 100% will recomend to anyone.”
