“Carley gave excellent customer service from start to finish, answering all queries promptly and courteously. Because of supplier delays (of which I was kept fully informed) my delivery window became quite critical. She coordinated the delivery day with the courier so that I had them delivered on a specific date at my chosen address. Also very pleased with my Tulip chairs of course!”

“Was not clear on the website or email communications when the product would be delivered. However I was amazed with the speed, standard delivery was quick. Ordered on Friday after 13:00 and delivered Tuesday before 10:00. I also spoke with an agent on the phone prior to placing the order, call was not answered straight away but was called back within 5 mins.”

“I had a great shopping experience. Very fast delivery, and amazing customer service! Since it was my second purchase, I knew the delivery will be most likely next day and I was out, so I emaild asking if they could leave the delivery outside, I got immediate response and when I came home my package was waiting safely!thank you”
