“Very bad. Chair has still not arrived and was booked to be delivered on Friday. I needed it for a dinner party!”

Hi Wendy Thank you for your Review. We are very sorry that your chair was not delivered to you on Friday 31st July as planned, however, the delivery driver could not find your house. Thank you for your patience with this and for all the information you provided that we passed to the driver. We can see that your chair was successfully delivered on Monday 3rd August when it was re-attempted again. Hi Jenny Thanks for taking the time to write your review. Your clock is scheduled for dispatch this afternoon and will be delivered tomorrow 28th July. Regarding the email you received asking you to review our Customer Service, this is related to your experience dealing with Fusion Living whilst placing your order e.g. if you had to call or email and the level of service you received. Therefore, this email does often arrive before your items have actually been received, so apologies for any confusion caused. “Excellent customer service - very fast response times, very friendly and polite and very attentive. If only other on-line retailers operated to the same standard. I would have given an overall rating of excellent but the stars only go up to very good!”

“Ordered the perspeck chairs on Sunday, they arrived Tuesday, had e-mail to say what time they would arrive, they came on the time stated, very nice delivery person put the big box in my hall for me. Pleased with the chairs already had two so now four make the perfect set.”

“Friendly and efficient company with quick delivery. Bought the Eames Bright Yellow chairs and they were easy to assemble and certainly have the wow factor. If you are wondering whether to buy or not, just do it!”

“I ordered two brass and marble side tables totalling £600 pounds. I left them packaged for two weeks as I am renovating my property. When I opened the package one of the marble tops was cracked. I've been refused a replacement top because it was 16 days after delivery that I reported the problem rather than 14 days. I took pictures of the top with the packaging next to it right away and sent them to fusion living. A replacement top will be £136! Poor customer service.”

We do try our very best to accommodate any replacements and returns and our terms state that we should be notified within 14 days of any damage. As you contacted us after this time, and as you had also moved house since the delivery, we endeavoured to assist by offering you a replacement table top at a cost price for you.
