“I have to say that despite never having heard of Fusion !! I was so impressed with the customer service that i ended up buying a marble table from them !!! everyone i dealt with made me feel special and I am much looking forward to the arrival of our new table!!”

“The table was a bit of a rush requirement and Fusion were great when I spoke to them about getting it to me in short order. Table turned up when it was supposed to do. Really good quality. Very happy.”

“Ordered our item on Sunday and it was delivered Tuesday. Found website very easy to navigate and was kept informed until my item was at my door. Excellent, will use this site again. Thank you.”

“I received my floor lamp today and was absolutely delighted. It was good quality and exactly what I was hoping for from the description online. I communicated with a lovely lady called Kerry from Customer Services concerning a delivery request and she was so helpful and efficient. All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending Fusion Living.”

Regarding the email you received asking you to review our Customer Service, this is related to your experience dealing with Fusion Living whilst placing your order e.g. if you had to call or email and the level of service you received. Therefore, this email does often arrive before your items have actually been received, so apologies for any confusion caused. Once you have received your clock, you will then receive an email a week or so later asking you to review the actual product. We hope that is ok. Best wishes Fusion Living

“Ordered the perspeck chairs on Sunday, they arrived Tuesday, had e-mail to say what time they would arrive, they came on the time stated, very nice delivery person put the big box in my hall for me. Pleased with the chairs already had two so now four make the perfect set.”

“Friendly and efficient company with quick delivery. Bought the Eames Bright Yellow chairs and they were easy to assemble and certainly have the wow factor. If you are wondering whether to buy or not, just do it!”
