I ordered two brass and marble side tables totalling £600 pounds. I left them packaged for two weeks as I am renovating my property. When I opened the package one of the marble tops was cracked. I've been refused a replacement top because it was 16 days after delivery that I reported the problem rather than 14 days. I took pictures of the top with the packaging next to it right away and sent them to fusion living. A replacement top will be £136! Poor customer service.
