“First time we have ordered furniture online. We had some concerns but when the goods arrived concerns were unfounded. Product was very easy to assemble and fully met our expectations. The courier was very friendly and delivered in the time slot given. Additionally, when ordering we made a mistake on the website, however customer service.s contacted us and Took our order over the telephone. All in all a very professional company.”

“Easy ordering and good customer service. Delivery was as estimated. The 'pallet' delivery was a challenge to unpack as the table top was well protected and packed, by very heavy to move. A quality finished table, which looks great, and with which I am very pleased.”

“Excellent service. Ordered Monday morning, furniture arrived Wednesday morning. Kept in touch with every stage of delivery. One chair was short of screws, telephoned fusion, got through immediately, screws etc have been dispatched. Will definitely be ordering from fusion living again. Great product choice, easy ordering, fast delivery and fabulous customer service.”

“Delivery fast. The chairs are very nice! Good quality and easy to built together. Only one (black chair) had some small scratches but with the pillow on top its not visible.”

“The price of the chairs were fairly reasonable and I am very happy with them. It was not difficult to assemble also, very straightforward. They looks very stylish and contemporary so I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend buying them.”

“After trying to order a tulip table from a few other companies (which proved to be strangely complicated and frustrating), I ordered from Fusion Living. Not only was their customer service friendly, prompt and accommodating, everything they promised was delivered EXACTLY as promised. The delivery team of three were right on time, absolutely professional and were in and out (after assembling the table and removing the packaging) within ten mins. As for the table itself, the price is great and so is the table. In fact, it’s actually nicer than the image on the website. That’s a first! Totally delighted. (Now I have to find new chairs.) The only fault I can find (and this really isn’t a fault) is I wished they carried more of a variety of furniture. I say this simply because if they did, I’d order everything from them. I only want to deal with them. Cannot say enough good things about this fabulous company.”
