I bought a tulip armchair. The customer service was excellent, the delivery was great. Really easy to assembly, very comfortable also. As I had such a great experience, I bought another tulip armchair and two Chelsea side chairs. Same experience, all great. If I have to say something maybe a little negative is that the stickers at the back of their cushion are not easy to removed, they don’t peel well. Decided to put the cushion without removing the peel of the stickers are they stay perfectly on. Highly recommended
