“Regarding Chelsea tulip 4 chair set with table : I can see why reviews are very positive ,from ordering to delivery I cannot fault the communication from the sales person, Michelle, brilliant ! Thank you Michelle. As for the items well they were extremely well packed , not a scratch anywhere to be seen & very easy to assemble. Absolutely love my table & chairs. If anyone is considering ordering from fusion living then I can assure you there is nothing to be hesitant about. Thanks again all , one very happy customer.”

“We're v pleased with the replacement cushions for the tulip (Chelsea) chairs. The price was also a great improvement on the £104.00 (each) we were quoted by an upholsterer!”

“I received a good service from the company. I purchased one dining chair to see if I was what I wanted before purchasing three more. There was a problem with the chair which was dealt with well and very swiftly. The customer adviser was polite, courteous and helpful. The company then sent the three other chairs, but made them all up for us prior to sending them. They arrived very promptly.”

“Really pleased with our new chairs and bar stools. Colourful and great quality. The service has been fab too. Some of my purchase was on pre-order and they rang to see if I wanted it delivered all together or not. They also helped when I had a small issue with the delivery company. It was sorted immediately and they rang me back to check my parcel had been delivered.”

“Easy to order using their online Website. Chairs were not in stock, but scheduled for the 20th January. Delivery came exactly when stated. Packaging was a little damaged on arrival, but chairs inside were not. Needs two of you to assemble chairs, as a bit fiddly. Found one nut missing for the chair leg, so have sourced one from a friend. All in all, a good experience with this company.”

“quick, efficient delivery. Great quality, nice chairs at a good price. Clear instructions. Really pleased with all aspects of buying from Fusion. The chairs we wanted weren't in stock but the date when they would be back in stock was clearly shown on the site and we received our order just 1 day after that date.”

“My order was delivered ahead of schedule, which was a delight in this day and age. Had a problem with a part damaged in transit. My email was responded promptly and the problem sorted. Excellent customer service. The chairs I ordered were delightful. It's a risk when you order online as it difficult to see the actual quality. Thank you Fision Living”
