“I ordered 2x Crystal Clear Ghost Chairs and they are brilliant! So good, in fact, that I’m going to order another pair! The whole shopping experience with Fusion Living was good, particularly the the free uk delivery!”

Good morning, We're really sorry your item hasn't arrived yet and that you are unhappy with our service. We are consistently chasing your order for you and have looked into alternative couriers but due to the current post strikes, they are all in a similar position. DPD is usually excellent with delivery and are a trusted courier of ours. Things have started to move along from this morning so the delivery process should start speeding up for you now. “Gorgeous timeless table. Very classy and a good sturdy weight. Looks fab our living room. Also packaged very well and extra care taken to ensure it is delivered in perfect condition. Very easy to assemble also.”

“We ordered 4 chairs and needed the cap protectors too, when contacting customer services they were first class and called us straight away yo make sure everything was okay and confirmed our order to us. Excellent customer service is rare these days unfortunately but Fusion Living are always first class.”
