“Ordering process simple but no indication of a delivery date given with confirmation of order. Despatch notice eventually issued after chasing. Tracking link never worked with blame put on courier. Eventually got a date. It didn’t arrive. Arrived the next day despite advising we were away. Left outside in tHe rain! Had to call a neighbour to collect and store as left in full sight from the road. All recorded on ring.com On the positive whilst every assurance from Fusion did not materialise they were communicative and empathetic but lacked control or influence over their chosen courier. Onto the product: well packed so no damage despite being soaked, easy to assemble, well made and a very pleasing aesthetic look. Good finish. A shame the end to end experience has been poor otherwise I would have given a higher rating. My advice to buyers is to expect a lengthy and unpredictable delivery period. My advice to Fusion - sack your courier who either tells you lies to appear to be meeting service level agreements or never updates their ‘apparently’ broken tracking system (very convenient) or likely both. Didn’t deliver even when given a date. Appalling. I will not be ordering with Fusion again and would suggest to those that do you ensure you don’t need the goods in a hurry or at a time when you’ve stayed in to receive them.”

“I placed an order on the 4th October and still patiently await delivery. It was crazy ncerning at the outset that there was no anticipated or expected delivery date when getting confirmation that funds had been received! Despite multiple chasers and polite replies telling me it has been despatched from their premises the couriers tracking system shows that they are still awaiting to receive the goods from the seller. Of course, I’m reliably informed by Fusion that their courier has ‘system’ problems and that they have indeed got it! It’s quite amazing how many delivery companies seem to have system problems? However, my contract is not with the courier it is with Fusion and to date despite platitudes their contract responsibilities remain incomplete. I cannot comment on the goods but will happily do so once/if I get them. It’s fast approaching a request for a refund or remedial action through the payment card company.”

This was an unfortunate situation where we had definitely dispatched your order and there was a genuine delay and hold up with our courier. This is not something we usually experience and so we are very sorry this happened with your order. In these instances, we do everything possible to keep you updated and chase it for delivery, which the team very much did for you. Understandably sometimes this just isn't quite enough and can become very frustrating especially when you have already paid. “We bought 6 Polo chairs. They arrived very quickly and are lovely chairs. Customer service was outstanding - a check in email to make sure the order was correct and a swift resolution of a little problem. Very friendly company with great service.”

“So happy with my order. Arrived next day and excited to fix my 4 different coloured chairs up. Look beautiful and comfortable to sit on, so very pleased. Customer service absolutely brilliant, Michelle rang me to query my address the day l ordered and the next day l received my delivery. Can not fault, product, service or delivery.”

“Excellent customer service! delivery was nice & quick from phone order to delivery, courtesy call from Michelle to check everything was ok on arrival of goods, I did have to contact once I’d unpacked my table & chairs as one chair was slightly off colour, but this is being dealt with very promptly.”
