“Delivery fast. The chairs are very nice! Good quality and easy to built together. Only one (black chair) had some small scratches but with the pillow on top its not visible.”

“My order was delivered ahead of schedule, which was a delight in this day and age. Had a problem with a part damaged in transit. My email was responded promptly and the problem sorted. Excellent customer service. The chairs I ordered were delightful. It's a risk when you order online as it difficult to see the actual quality. Thank you Fision Living”

“Carley who we dealt with most of the time was absolutely brilliant, excellent customer services. The table and chairs we bought are also gorgeous. There are only two minor points in terms of room for improvement. The colour of the table and chairs aren't identical even though we bought them as a set. Secondly, when Carley was advising on what the customs charge would be to deliver the goods to Ireland I think the guesstimate was about €180 but it was actually about €300 which is a sizeable gap.”

“Choose to order from Fusion Living because of their stylish products and based my decision also on the shoppers reviews. I placed my order for a Soho dining chair and received delivery the next day. Very fast delivery and I was very pleased with the chair, easy to assemble. I am considering ordering two more chairs.”

“These seem sturdy chairs easy to assemble. I was slightly disappointed because each chair had a couple of black marks on them that didn’t come off after cleaning then. It looked like they had been packed by someone with dirty hands. One chair also has a scrape on the plastic which definitely won’t wear off. Didn’t complain because I couldn’t be bothered to return the chairs. Quite good overall though. Speedy delivery!”

“The chairs are nice, but you sent me way less screws than you should. One of them just came with 4 screws, I have nothing to attach the sit. Can you send them to me please ?”

“Very nice grey cushions, fit perfectly on my saarinen chairs. There is just one point: they are a bit hard, I hope they will become softer with use.”

“Sehr schnelle gut verpackte Lieferung. Die Stühle sind schön! Einzig die Aufbauanleitung ist etwas suboptimal. Sie besteht aus einem schlecht leserlichen DIN A4 Zettel. Fusion Living -> klare Empfehlung!”

“Lovely choice of product. I bought 2 chairs which match beautifully with a table I recently bought. The only minor issue was a lack of written instructions for building. The diagrams are quite difficult to make out.”

“I sent for a ‘Ghost stool’ which is a stylish rather beautiful thing. However it arrived rattling around in a huge cardboard box with no wrapping around it at all. Fortunately it wasn’t damaged or I haven’t noticed any damage so far. But it’s an expensive item and I would have expected it to be wrapped like a piece of bone china. I spoke to a very nice woman on the phone who was very apologetic but it took the shine off things a little.”

“Very pleased with the table & chairs. Packed safely & with good instructions. Only thing to mention is that the sticky tabs you need to take off the cushions do not peel off at all easily, very fiddly but that is the only that was not to good otherwise all good”

“I like the chairs. Very solidly constructed when put together. The look like the pictures on the web site. Couple of improvements. 1. The construction diagrams are not at all clear. 2. Utter confusion over delivery days. Said to be caused by lorry drivers. But more communication ‘before’ not after would have helped a great deal.”
