My order was delivered ahead of schedule, which was a delight in this day and age. Had a problem with a part damaged in transit. My email was responded promptly and the problem sorted. Excellent customer service. The chairs I ordered were delightful. It's a risk when you order online as it difficult to see the actual quality. Thank you Fision Living
