I sent for a ‘Ghost stool’ which is a stylish rather beautiful thing. However it arrived rattling around in a huge cardboard box with no wrapping around it at all. Fortunately it wasn’t damaged or I haven’t noticed any damage so far. But it’s an expensive item and I would have expected it to be wrapped like a piece of bone china. I spoke to a very nice woman on the phone who was very apologetic but it took the shine off things a little.
