“The chairs I ordered were on pre-order so I had to wait a few weeks for them. As soon as they were in stock the chairs were dispatched.”

“Ordered six chairs one of which was damaged. Made a call & it was sorted with replacement parts by return. Would have been 5 stars apart from this.”

“Product was as described and delivery was very prompt. I would however, have appreciated an email telling me the item had been dispatched; it was sheer chance that I was home when DPD made the unexpected delivery!”

“Very easy ordering and delivery process and the chairs purchased look good! A delivery time slot given on the morning of the delivery day and was on time. Only slight confusion was the that the delivery firm's paperwork initally showed online as 'delivery as requested between 6am & 11pm' which I think refered to delivery to the depot not the customer.”

“The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful and delivery was quick. The negative was that the dining chairs we bought came with no assembly instructions which made it tricky trying to put them together.”

“I was very pleased to find my products on this webside, but had difficulties in placing and paying for them, after several frustrating attempts I almost gave up and suddenly received a very pleasant call from a lady by the name of Carly who helped me putting the transaction through over the phone. I am looking forward in receiving my table and chairs. Thank you Carly from K.Delman”

Hopefully you will have seen that the lead time for delivery for the clock you ordered is Up to 1 Week and this was listed against the product where it says "Item in Stock". We are pleased to let you know that your clock is scheduled for dispatch tomorrow and will be delivered to you on Friday 11th March by Interlink Express. “Lovely clock with metal work. Delivered when due and very happy with. Clock arms are quite thin and at first 'hit' eachother first time round. Minor adjust later at all sorted.”
