“I was very pleased to find my products on this webside, but had difficulties in placing and paying for them, after several frustrating attempts I almost gave up and suddenly received a very pleasant call from a lady by the name of Carly who helped me putting the transaction through over the phone. I am looking forward in receiving my table and chairs. Thank you Carly from K.Delman”

Dear Carl Thank you for your Review message and for your order with us. We hope that you received your email Order Confirmation once you had placed your order? Hopefully you will have seen that the lead time for delivery for the clock you ordered is Up to 1 Week and this was listed against the product where it says "Item in Stock". We are pleased to let you know that your clock is scheduled for dispatch tomorrow and will be delivered to you on Friday 11th March by Interlink Express. “Lovely clock with metal work. Delivered when due and very happy with. Clock arms are quite thin and at first 'hit' eachother first time round. Minor adjust later at all sorted.”

“Very happy with the sideboard. Very well packed, delivered to the doorstep. No waiting really, delivered from stock a week after ordering. Delivery firm could improve. Promised a call one hour before delivery. Of course this did not happen even though written on delivery sheet, just luck I was in at the time it arrived. Would have given extra star but for this.”

“Was not clear on the website or email communications when the product would be delivered. However I was amazed with the speed, standard delivery was quick. Ordered on Friday after 13:00 and delivered Tuesday before 10:00. I also spoke with an agent on the phone prior to placing the order, call was not answered straight away but was called back within 5 mins.”

“John at Fusion was so helpful, he took me through a series of questions after i asked him for an accurate description of the Ghost chair, i was so pleased with the service that this gentleman provided that i highly recommend Fusion and its products.”
