“Lovely lamp and glad this included the lampshade. Good neutral colours to stand and shade. Nice item, but maybe a bit on the flimsy side.”

“Love the tulip chairs i bought. The only thing to me that lets it down is the velco on the bottom of the cushion to stick it to the chair, it doesn’t really need it. Also the fact that you can’t really sit on the seat without the cushion due to the screws. Some form of cap/cover other than the cushions to go over the screws would look better. But good product apart from that so far no other comments”

The chair is designed with the Velcro for ease of use for our customers to try and give the best experience and comfort with the chair so the cushion doesn’t slide from underneath you when using it. As per the feedback about use of the chair without the cushion, unfortunately this is the design and style of the chair and it has been designed for comfort with the cushion as sitting on a hard plastic chair we cannot imagine to be very comfortable for you. “I had searched for hours actually days for this style as we didn't want your usual oak ones with our oak dining table, these although on the more expensive side are the best quality we've seen and sat in. We went for the white with grey seat and metal legs they are so comfy as they flex with your shape rather than your norm stiff wooden one's and they are definitely built to last. 2 issues however which won't effect everyone, we have a chocolate Labrador and her hair appears to attract its self to them and been white you can I'magine. Hoping it's just the static from wrapping and it should ease in time. Also food tends to get trapped around the sides of the cushion with younger people it's going to happen but it does wipe away and maybe every few weeks I'll have to take the seat apart to clean them properly however they are generally east to wipe day to day. The delivery and wrapping of the item cannot be faulted itha really good communication! Great all round well done thankyou Amy.”

“I was very pleased with the chairs themselves. However I did struggle with the assembly part, i.e. fixing brackets and wooden legs, then onto underneath part of seat. A drawing with instructions would be invaluable.”

“The chairs I ordered didn't arrive when specified, but that was an error with the courier DPD, not Fusion Living and was rectified by Fusion politely and swifty. The chairs came with no instructions and fixings were missing, but again Fusion Living customer services dealt with that swiftly and were very apologetic. I received the missing fixings the following day and the assembly instructions were emailed to me immediately - although they didn't match the chair accurately, so weren't much help? The images of the chairs on the website do not entirely match the chairs received, which is a little misleading. The legs of both chairs are mismanufactured or damaged, but as it does not affect the function of the chairs and the damage is hidden underneath the seat, I'd rather keep them and make do rather than return them. Overall I am satisfied, but not thrilled, Fusion Living's Customer Service is 5*, but sadly the product is 3*, so I have given a 4* average.”

“Order arrived as expected but without assembly instructions. They were emailed through when reported . There was not enough screws and 2 lots were posted out . Received them after a couple of days chair now up.”
