The chairs I ordered didn't arrive when specified, but that was an error with the courier DPD, not Fusion Living and was rectified by Fusion politely and swifty. The chairs came with no instructions and fixings were missing, but again Fusion Living customer services dealt with that swiftly and were very apologetic. I received the missing fixings the following day and the assembly instructions were emailed to me immediately - although they didn't match the chair accurately, so weren't much help? The images of the chairs on the website do not entirely match the chairs received, which is a little misleading. The legs of both chairs are mismanufactured or damaged, but as it does not affect the function of the chairs and the damage is hidden underneath the seat, I'd rather keep them and make do rather than return them. Overall I am satisfied, but not thrilled, Fusion Living's Customer Service is 5*, but sadly the product is 3*, so I have given a 4* average.
