“Very happy with the sideboard. Very well packed, delivered to the doorstep. No waiting really, delivered from stock a week after ordering. Delivery firm could improve. Promised a call one hour before delivery. Of course this did not happen even though written on delivery sheet, just luck I was in at the time it arrived. Would have given extra star but for this.”

“Was not clear on the website or email communications when the product would be delivered. However I was amazed with the speed, standard delivery was quick. Ordered on Friday after 13:00 and delivered Tuesday before 10:00. I also spoke with an agent on the phone prior to placing the order, call was not answered straight away but was called back within 5 mins.”

“John at Fusion was so helpful, he took me through a series of questions after i asked him for an accurate description of the Ghost chair, i was so pleased with the service that this gentleman provided that i highly recommend Fusion and its products.”
