“While the order process and delivery were very good, unfortunately the quality of the item I received is poor. The metal legs are rough in places and the underside of seat cushion has not been trimmed or finished neatly-it is messily staplled and bunched up. That means cushion pad does not not meet the screws intended to keep it in place. It is attached now by only one screw instead of two. Very poor quality and definitely overpriced.”

“Choose to order from Fusion Living because of their stylish products and based my decision also on the shoppers reviews. I placed my order for a Soho dining chair and received delivery the next day. Very fast delivery and I was very pleased with the chair, easy to assemble. I am considering ordering two more chairs.”

“Great business to deal with. Colour of seats wasn’t quite what we had hoped for but they were great at letting us know of their alternatives and swapping over to get just what we needed. No fuss, no awkwardness, just great customer service (and the bar stools look great too!). Thank you.”

“Chair was delivered so quick and I’m so happy with it looks gorgeous in my room and quality is amazing! I can’t thank the delivery man enough as well , as I was not home when he tried to deliver.. I asked him is he could deliver to my sisters and he was very happy to do so on the same day. Amazing Amazing Amazing!!!”
