“Very pleased with the service received. We placed an order, some of which was on pre-order however the rest of the order is also not available straight away but a very polite, helpful lady called Carly telephoned us immediately to let us know and to confirm when we could expect delivery.”

“Having had a couple of problems with one of the products I had ordered(the fault of the manufacturer..not Fusion Living), I am happy to say that the response I had from Carley on the sales team was second to none...her customer service skills are excellent,and because of her I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to friends and relatives.”

“La personne que j'ai eu au téléphone, carley, a été d'une grande gentillesse et tres à l'écoute! De plus normalement je devrais déjà recevoir ma commande lundi soit moins de 8 jours après le paiement! J'ai hâte de voir si le produit correspond aux images... Mais en tout cas tres contente déjà du service!”

“The product I ordered was faulty, however as soon as I emailed the company they fa g me within 5 minutes. They firstly suggested something I could do to fix. I went home that night and tried it. It didn't work so I emailed them to inform them and straight away they organised for a replacement. Great customer service !!”

“I had previously ordered the items I wanted from another company, who kept putting back the delivery date. I contacted Fusion living, who couldn't have been more helpful and I received my goods within a few days. Excellent product and excellent service. Would certainly buy from them again.”

“This is one the the most positive and helpful companies I have dealt with online. Polite, helpful and courteous at every step of the way. The lady I had contact with mostly was Carley and I have to say it was excellent to do business with her. I have yet to see the quality of the goods I have ordered. Pricing however seems reasonable compared with other online stores and I feel very confident that should a problem arise that this company would be fair and honest.”

“I was able to order a complete set of kitchen table and chairs and matching bar stools. You did not stock the table but the advisor was able to source it. I could not find this with any other company on the internet! Your sales advisor (Carly) was friendly, professional and very helpful. You also provided free delivery which does not happen very often when we are based in the Highlands! Fantastic service. Thank you”

“i placed an order from austria (6 chairs), executed advance payment by paypal and the goods arrived a few days later. one of the six chairs was scratched due to some mishandling of the forwarding agency. i contacted the fusion living support and explained the situation. a few hours later they confirmed that the will send a new seat shell as compensation for the damaged one. three days later the new shell arrived. thats what I call customer friendly! excellent furniture, very friendly, helpful and capable service. absolute recommendation!”
