Brilliant service from Fusion Living. Ordered and within a few days received confirmation that the order has shipped, sent via DPD who kept me informed along the way, I had to reschedule deliver which DPD did without issue through the app and was supper convenient, arrived on time and well packaged. The tulip chairs are really nice, solid cast base, that has a ball bearing swivel mechanism build in, nice as weighty with felt pads pre applied to the base, nice touch, the seat itself is plastic but of very high quality moulding with no sharp edges at all and thick moulding so sturdy without much flex when sat on and all held together with 6 bolts ensuing it's a solid price when put together. One minor issue with a price damaged in transit, it happens, Customer service was A1 though when I contacted them, super helpful, agreed a resolution and email me with confirmation of what what was agreed, replacement price arrived next day as stated and with extra packing to make sure it arrived in perfect condition. Could not be happier with the quality of product or service from Fusion Living. Great job and plan to order a few more prices for the house in the new year. Thank you.
