“The order was delivered the day after the email stated. Couldn’t get in touch with anyone to find out and nobody contacted me to let me know about the delivery either. The funniest thing is as soon as I complained via PayPal I got a response. Eventually it got delivered the next morning.”

“Quick and easy. Although the driver ( I believe it's their own) can be more polite and not talk to me as if I'm a worker or something. I even have to help him carry stuff down as he can't be bothered to do anything.”

“I have to say Sidney has been so helpful He is a great asset and credit to you. Nothing was too much trouble for him And when I had a problem he sorted it out straight away. Very impressed with the service I received from the delivery drivers also Thank you”

“While pricing was good but I was not sent my full order following my discussion with your sales person. Instead of 4.8m x 56 pieces, I was surprised to receive 3.9m x 60 pieces. This cannot be right. How can 4 pieces of 3.9m make up for the difference?”

“Good price, convenient service, fast and reasonably priced delivery. The quality of the timber is, however, not superb, only around half of the material is straight; I have not put it to use yet, therefore, I don't know how difficult will it be to work with it.”

“I couldn't beat their price anywhere else. When I needed to add additional materials after my first major order had been delivered, this firm were fantastic. They did not charge me any additional delivery fees. I highly recommend.”
