“While pricing was good but I was not sent my full order following my discussion with your sales person. Instead of 4.8m x 56 pieces, I was surprised to receive 3.9m x 60 pieces. This cannot be right. How can 4 pieces of 3.9m make up for the difference?”

“Good price, convenient service, fast and reasonably priced delivery. The quality of the timber is, however, not superb, only around half of the material is straight; I have not put it to use yet, therefore, I don't know how difficult will it be to work with it.”

“Purchasing 19x38mm Sawn Treated Roofing Batten was nothing short of confusing as the advertised length is not in stock (again not advertised as it's not in stock) but having a longer length which costs extra and is not really an issue. Delivery was swift once the additional cost was paid, however the quality of the battens was poor, more than 11 of the 60 battens were crushed/chipped/broken rendering them useless, but was resolved with an email and replaced within a few days. More hassle than anything really, i chose Fulham timber for quality and hassle-free purchasing and received the exact opposite..”

“Ordered quite a bit of various sized timber for various projects. Delivery was easy to arrange on delivery the driver was really helpful unloading the timber to our driveway. Timber was exactly what we needed and in perfect condition.”

“I would highly recommend Fulham Timber my first order arrived within 3 days, however, I had not ordered enough timber so I ordered some more late on Saturday, I told them it was urgent, and they delivered my second order first thing Tuesday mourning. great service! Their drivers are also friendly and helpful Chris Yakes.”

“1st delivery good but 2 of the timber decking useless as one very twisted and another badly stained. I decided to absorb the cost and ordered 3 decking planks but fulham timber Missed 2 delivery days I stayed in all day twice what a waste of time”

“Beading not properly right-angled. Some green stains on the wood. Wood not properly smooth in places. Wouldn’t use again. The beading from Wickes was much better.”
