“Extremely competitive prices, very helpful in store. Unfortunately delivery time is not estimated until after checkout and drivers do not unload the truck. Got some 3x1 when ordered 4x1 but not worth returning.”

“Customer service is non existent on the landline. No one ever answeres the phone and no one calls you back. The driver was helpful but the first set of gravel was the wrong one and the second set had holes in the bag forcing me to sweep the drive to collect it.”

“Ordered a load of battens from Fulham Timber as they were the cheapest I could find. Delivery was trouble-free, the driver was helpful and even provided a couple of bearers to rest the battens on. Only giving 4 stars as a few of the loose battens I received were bowed and pretty much unusable, but the ones grouped in packs of 10 seem straight and decent quality. Overall I was pleased with the whole process and would use Fulham Timber again.”

“3 voicemails left requesting some confirmation of delivery - no calls returned Plasterboard corners were damaged on 2/4 boards Carcassing timber had been sitting water 1 timber was twisted Plywood was not flat Discussed with driver who asked us to call the office but on basis of previous unreturned calls, there is no point.”
