“Excellent service, I was lucky the guy who did it was local and he was with me in 15mins. Did a quick and good job. ONLY down side was price. I know it's my fault for putting in wrong fuel but kind of rubbed it in by charging 360 pounds!!!”

“The technician was there in bout one hour since I made the phone call and the job was finished with in the hour well done”

“Lifesaver after being left high and dry by the RAC, unfortunately with Scotland only having 4 staff we waited a number of hours and the penalty for being north of the firth of forth was expensive. The chap who attended was spot on, friendly and understanding and got the job done with no fuss. My only question is why petrol stations don't have these suction machines installed given there are 300,000 misfuels per day!!!”

“Fuel tank drained and car fully functioning in a little over 30 minutes. Wait time reasonable if longer than had been given initially. Negative is lengthy negotiation over cost”

“The technician who attended, Bela, was very efficient and knowledgeable. The only negative comment is that when I made the initial phonecall I was told that the technician woul be with me by 7pm. This was important to me as I needed to travel home that evening (200 miles). Unfortunately the technician didn't arrive until 9pm - not his fault. I was told that all vehicles were tracked, so made the assumption that the 7pm timeslot was reasonably accurate. This meant having to spend an additional night before travelling home as I didn't fancy beginning my journey at around 10pm”
