“Higher priced than the AA but with advantage of quicker service. Everything else was great - the initial phone call, payment arrangements, attitude and competence of technician and information provided.”

“Your engineer was very helpfull and friendly. He had my bike up and running on petrol that was the correct fuel! I waas expecting to get it to the main dealer to flush the diesel out.”

“Arrived promptly, removed the incorrect fuel, explained what the process entailed, all very straight forward but also very expensive !! Moral of the story, don't do it again !”

“Mechanic was great. Friendly & helpful. At the expected time, no-one arrived so I had to phone, & although apologetic, the operator had to find a mechanic. Hence one star deducted.”

“Excellent customer service online helpful staff. Advised fuel fixer would be 90 minutes but ended up nearer 3 hrs. However, on arrival he was extremely helpful, pleasant and quick to empty the tank to refuel correctly. Great job, not the cheapest but got me back on the road. Thanks 👍”

“Very quick service, you got to me in 13 minutes, Robbie was an excellent technician, and probably took less than 30 minutes to complete the job, only negative is the cost it was a very expensive mistake to make!!”

“I was happy with the excellent service and the speed of the attendance . Thought it was a very professional job and the engineer who attended was a credit . I just feel a little sore for how much it cost . I understand that you will need to get rid of the drained fuel however with that and 2 hours work if that I find the price astronomical and feel like I’ve been had off after googling other company’s prices .I hadn’t started the engine prior to attendance. Customer service was excellent however I paid for it for sure”

“Fuel Fixer got me out of a pickle, they arrived promptly within half an hour of making my initial phone call and resolved my misfuelling issue. The only negative is the cost but at least they got me back up and running without having to get towed to a garage and having to wait for the repair.”

“After making a stupid mistake and putting the wrong fuel in the car I phoned Fuel Fixer. It was a Friday afternoon and when the guy got to me he was quick and very efficient reassuring me all was not lost. Fuel drained , lines cleaned and correct fuel added. Great service but my mistake was quite expensive.”
