“Very efficient from first call to job completion. Very nice engineer.- Just sad that it cost me so much for making a stupid mistake and only took max. 20 mins to drain tank. Fortunately I realised my mistake when replacing fuel cap so no fuel went through engiine. £288 seems far too much even for time and distance.”

“I had a good , friendly engineer . I was in a bit of a panic about my vehicle so maybe a courtesy call or text to say he is on the way , he was only a few minutes late tbf but I just maybe needed to know he was still coming for peace of mind 👍”

“Andy that came out was very knowledgeable explained what would happen. Came out fairly quickly. Thought it was alot of money. Had to pay £250 deposit before anyone would come out. Guy on phone was quite sympathetic. Think they tend to take advantage of your mishap and charge an extornate amount of money. Then tell me I have to go and get a fuel filter fitted. Which wasn't easy at a moments notice. My car unfornately still isn't right despite doing everything I was told to do.”

“Operative Dan was really fab, quick to arrive, really helpful, explained all processes and finished in good time. Vey grateful. Did not get 5 stars as I do think whole process is about £100 too expensive, esp as you have a full tank of (mixed) fuel that it is easy to ‘polish’ back to its constituent parts and because you (perhaps understandably) leverage the desperation of the customer. I would use again even with this.”

“Came out in time stated. Drained full tank of fuel , added engine cleaner and fuel top up. Whole process took just under an hour. Wasn't cheap though. I can't compare that with other same services because not something I've ever had to deal with before. But seemed to be quite expensive to me.”

“Would be excellent but unfortunately although the service provided was perfect, it did not resolve the engine problems which left me disappointed. Again, this was no fault on Fuelfixer's part. But was a disappointing end to the day.”

“When I enquired regarding pricing on Friday afternoon, there was a price given, then a reduced price. I said I'd need to talk to the customer. I got a call within minutes with a further reduction, I still needed consent fron the owner. I got consenton Monday morning and the price went up.”
