“Hi Thank you so much for coming quickly to drain the wrong oil from my car The engineer was was very polite and explained to me that he was going to drain the wrong car fuel from my car He gave me advice on what to do if it happened next time Also the operator on the phone reassured me that the wrong fuel in my car would be drained and my car would be good to go Well done doctor fuel Keep up the good work!!!”

“Although the technician who responded to my misfuelling incident did a good job and took remarkably short time to do the fuel drain but I wasn't at all pleased with the way my call was handled the previous evening. The operator who quoted a figure and then asked for a hundred pounds deposit which wasn't deducted from the first figure on completion of the job. I felt and still feel it was very underhand of him not to reflect the deposit on the final invoice. Rotten tomatoes!!”

“They arrived quickly and did the job, the only crticisms were the cost and that they put so little fuel in the fuel warning light stayed on and I was concerned about getting to a garage in time, they charged me £20 for fuel so I would have expected a bit more.”

“The service engineer was very good, he reset my car after a powertrain malfunction. I thought maybe he could have drained the fuel tank without going through the fuel filter so I wouldn’t have had to replace it costing me on top of draining and replacing fuel which I thought was very expensive.”
