“A great experience great service from all. A great experience from start to finish, from Calling for help to driving away, the gent on the phone was great (sorry I don’t remember his name) he got help straight away, when Csaba, my drainer arrived he was brilliant, he arrived within 15 mins, he was kind and informative, he reassured me and got to work. I was back on the road in no time couldn’t ask for more, he made a very stupid mistake on my behalf much more bearable. Thanks for a great service.”

“Can't believe I put petrol in my diesel car , but I did , not a lot, but enough to damage the engine if I had started up, My breakdown covered mis fuel so had to find somebody to come out and attend straight away, found fuel fixer online and they had a driver in the area and attended very quickly, 25 minutes and another 25 minutes to drain , they are a very professional company, not a cowboy outfit, they made sure the fuel was completely cleared from the tank , the van was equipped with proper pumps and they knew exactly what to do , no guess work. I would recommend this company without hesitation if you are stuck with the wrong fuel in your car. I realized straight away what I did and didn't start the engine. Don't start the engine it will suck contaminated fuel and could cost hundreds of pounds to repair”

“It is a very expensive evolution (£600) to get a Fuel Fixer to northern Argyll from Stirling because of the travel time and to do a 30-40 minute task but there was no other option. Even so, I was pleased withe the outcome and the car is now running well.”

“Arrived within 30mins of calling for help. Husband drove car home after filling up with petrol instead of diesel. The guy (sorry forgot his name) put us at ease instantly telling us not to panic and all would be ok. Thankfully no damage done and car has been running as normal for the last 2 weeks since the incident. Expensive mistake but happy all was well in the end.”
