“Very fast service. We had a work van stuck in a fuel station with the wrong fuel in it and we were back on the road within an hour. At first it seemed a little expensive but the sheer speed of the visit was worth every penny.”

“Absolute rip off company! Charged nearly £5400 for 15 minute job! Much cheaper options elsewhere, do your research before going to this shower!”

Hi David, The job sheet was reviewed for the job done for you, and the price given, agreed upon the phone, and paid was £319 plus VAT = £382.80. This covered the time spent getting to the job, as well as time on scene. It is also noted on the job sheet that you were happy with the work done and were willing to leave a positive review. Obviously, something has occurred to change this viewpoint, and as we have not heard anything about the job not being done properly, ie no apparent issues with your vehicle since completion of the job over a week ago, this doesn't seem to be an issue either. “I called fuel fixer having put radblue in my Range Rover instead of diesel. The engineer was at my car within 10 minuted of my call , and assured me they would do their best to save my engine . I was distraught at the possibility that my car could be damaged past repairing . The engineer ady was extremely professional and reassured me he would do his best to save my car . I highly recommend these guys from start to finish . Swift , no nonsense service , professional and reliable. And the £680 fee I payed was worth every penny, they literally saved my car from the scrap heep . Thanks fuel fixer”

“Bela, the lovely guy who came out was efficient, told me everything he was doing at every stage, and was engaging with banter and good humour. He didn't make me feel stupid (for being daft enough to put diesel in my petrol tank) and made a could-have-been-avoided situation as good an experience as that sort of thing can be.
