“Had a problem called fuel fixer and they arrived within 45 mins the engineer was helpful and informative and sorted me out quickly so I could continue on my journey would definitely recommend”

“A friendly, helpful and informative person attended a couple of days ago. The vehicle was well equipped with everything needed to both drain out and refuel my car. He was on site for no more the 15 mins.”

“Called Fuel Fixer initially as it was the 1st company that came up when searched in a panic. But the service was impeccable, very easy, transparent about pricing and arrived bang on time as had prebooked. Andy was great on arrival and was clear about the process, timing etc.”

From the calming-down (for me) first conversation with the female who took my call to Suma, the technician who arrived within an hr to sort my problem. It was a smooth, no fuss, professional service. “Fuel Fixer really did save the day, actually, into the evening and until quite late at night which was unexpected and so much appreciated. It's a mistake you hope never to repeat but we were so lucky to have the cheerful and encouraging support of Ian to put things right. Yes, it's an expensive mistake but Fuel Fixers came really promptly and put things right when we were well and truly stuck, so thank you and I am happy to recommend your services as a result.”

“Good service, got to me within an hour and fixed the problem, would of been a 5 star but when the fuel fixer arrived I was called by the office to say they misheard my problem on the phone and it would be an extra £30, although they agreed not to charge the extra when I disputed it, I would say they are expensive but they arrive fast and get you back on the road.”

“The service was fast and had me back on the road in no time. Guy didnt seem to know anyhing about my vehcile though and couldnt find the air filter, so we had to help find it but, his company clearly ahdnt sent him anything to help with this. He left marks on my motorbiek seat whcih i havent yet been able to get off with anything. However, he was fast, very very polite, very professinal and super helpful. I told him i was stupid and he assured me i was not and that it happens everyday to many, so made me feel better. It is a great company though expesnive. Chargedf me £300 to come and take £15 out of my tank of wrong fuel to then replace with the correct fuel. But it saved my engine dying so. Might be cheaper to ring your insurance breakdown first.”
