“I cannot express how superb this company is. After misfueling my Mercedes putting adblue into my diesel and having my vehicle recovered to a dealership. I suffered a highly stressful 2 1/2 weeks investigating why they wanted to charge me £10k for replacing the whole fuel system. It wasn't until I contacted FF that I started to feel things calm down again. The patience, empathy and knowledge that both Taylor and Joe showed me after so many phone calls, made it apparent just how much they care about every customer. After getting nowhere with Mercedes I instructed FF to carry out their repair. The engineer Lewis was great too. He even picked me up and took me to the dealership where my vehicle had been stuck for nearly 3 weeks. Within 1.5 hours the repair had been carried out successfully and I am happy to say I have done over a 1000 trouble free miles since with no engine issues whatsoever. I will continue to recommend to everyone just thow brilliant they have been. Thank you so very much”

“The service itself and the engineer carried out the work are outstanding but the cost ia way above any average for an emergency situation, just clearing a fuel tank and engine, running clearing fluid and some diesel added. for a 50 minute work the cost is £1600 very unaccebtable”

“Like every customer of Fuel Fixer, this was not a service I ever wanted to use, but an oversight on my part led to an AdBlue/diesel contamination. I called Fuel Fixer and it was clear that this needed dealt with as soon as possible due to the chemical reaction this contamination creates. What I was not expecting was a quote of £750 to drain and flush my tank. I voiced my surprise and said that I would need to shop around as this price was unacceptable. A manager came on the line and immediately offered to drop the price to £600, which in hindsight is galling as I could have paid the higher price had I not challenged it. A very nice technician came out, same day, and carried out the drain and flush - no complaints about this service whatsoever. He handed me a small tin of additive which he recommended and told me that would be another £30. Nobody uses this service willingly, as it’s only the result of being in a dire situation. I understand that there is travelling time and cost for the operative, but the initially quoted price of £750 (then another £30 for additive) for an hour’s work, seems unjustifiable, in the knowledge that the customer has little choice but to take action to prevent expensive damage to their vehicle. The only positive that I have taken from this is that I will never make the same mistake again. Fuel Fixer - good at what you do, but there’s no need for it to cost as much as this.”
