“One of the best experiences I’ve ever had, after one of our engineers put the adblue in the diesel tank. While they were still taking detail they had dispatched somebody they arrived within 30mins. Our engineer back on the road after 2hrs. Thanks. If you are thinking of using them. Don’t hesitate make that call.”

“The guys were very professional and knew exactly what to do and gave lots of useful advice. However I thought the sales advice line were a little heavy handed and doom laden and almost put me off proceeding, but my overall impression was of an efficient organisation. Not the cheapest, but quite thorough.”

“Efficient and approachable on phone, technician arrived earlier than expected and was also efficient and friendly. Got on our way quite quickly. Felt very expensive but putting the wrong fuel in my car was not in the budget! Will try not to do it again”

“When I phoned, I spoke to Charlie who was polite and helpful and told me that £100 would be taken to book the job. What he didn’t tell me was that this was non-refundable after 15 minutes. When I was able to get the RAC out within the hour and for £240 rather than £420 I phoned to cancel the job to be told I would lose the £100 paid. I highlighted to the manager I spoke with, Michael, that this was not explained to me and was told that it is included in their terms of conditions which was sent at the bottom of the text message confirming the job. They agreed to do it for £340 in the end and were out to be in 2 hours.”
