“Both of your members of staff who I interacted with were brilliant. Clearly your clients are all people who have made recently made catastrophic mistakes and the price to fix this is high, but they sgpuld all be grateful. Both Dylan (I think I recall correctly) who I spoke to on the phone and Rob who I met in person were genuinely excellent and could not have been more helpful or professional. As I mentioned the price you charge is a high one, but ypur clients are in a poor position to complain or negotiate, the service I received was entirely commesurate with the price. Whilst the service was outatanding, please forgive me dsying that I naturally and sincerely hope not to ever have to call you again but I would definitely recommend you.”

“After finding Fuel Fixer through a Google search after local garages refusing to help with me misfuelling AdBlue in to a Diesel tank. The person taking my call immediately put me at ease and was honest and transparent about what my options were along with costs. Once I agreed to proceed an engineer was at my door within 90 minutes to start the work. The engineer was polite,courteous and knowledgeable throughout and made sure I knew exactly what was happening. I can't recommend Fuel Fixer highly enough. They resolved an awful situation of my own making.”

“Amazing service but does come at a cost as expected! Arrived within 50 minutes. The process took around 30/40 minutes and we were back on the road. Credit to Bela the engineer! He was amazing and super positive, which was needed in this situation. We were pretty stressed. Would deffo recommend!”

“Prompt service, although the technician text to say he was running an hour late. Better knowledge of an 09 plate 5 series BMW would be good, as the technician wasnt aware of all the fuel technicalities with my car. Overall a good service, and the two that attended were professional and pleasant.”
