“After a 30 minute call to The AA they would not attend, we had a small admin error with the road tax, renewed it there and then, but they still would not attend. After a quick google I came up with fuelfixer, a quick call and they were only 52 mins away, 25mins later we were back on the road, thanks so much for rescuing us, The driver was polite and professional, I would not hesitate to recommend fuelfixer, a little more expensive than the competition but service and speed blows the competition away.”

Dan, the technician who helped me, was nothing short of amazing. He arrived quickly, despite the unexpected situation, and wasted no time in getting to work. His efficiency and professionalism were outstanding, and within no time, my car was back to running smoothly. Dan made a potentially disastrous situation so much easier to handle. His friendly demeanor and expertise put me at ease right away, and I couldn’t believe how fast he resolved the issue. “This was a traumatic day as I felt foolish for doing something like this, but the person I spoke to on the phone at first Dylan I believe his name was put me at ease immediately and is a credit to fuel fixers not just to me that day and it was due to this and the fact that they came out within the hour that I chose them, they were more expensive but it was worth the difference in quotes. My fuel drainer that attended me was also very professional and did not make fun or make me feel foolish either, the only thing was the bright orange van with flashing lights was so noticeable there was no way to hide my shame! But I thank them for everything they did on this day a mistake I hope to make never again but I know who to call if I ever do xxxxxx”
