“I DID call and speak to a nice guy there, who promised to pass the message on to your delivery people. My fridge was delivered to my house and dumped by my front door in the pouring rain! My husband is away all week, so I had to call a friend to ask him after work if he would come by and at least help me get it into the house! I wouldn't have minded so much had I been warned that it was doorstep delivery only - or it may have been nice if the delivery man had offered to put it in the garage !!! Ive put GOOD so I didn't have to expand any more, fridge still not unpacked so can't rate the product, your online service excellent and as I say, when I called to complain, a very nice person took message - but it's just the delivery I wasn't happy with! Sorry but you did ask !!”

“Although there was an initial problem with the website we received fantastic customer service. The fridges were delivered as scheduled and are in place and working. The price on comparison with other websites was very good. If in need of further appliances we would definitely look to you first, especially as we now have an account.”

“As a returning customer I was, once again, very pleased with the sevice received. The order was processed swiftly and delivery was within the estimated date provided on my order confirmation. If I had a small criticism then it would be that the order number I supplied was not on the invoice I received. All previous orders had this information. Otherwise, excellent all round.”
