“FFD was the best discovery. They were quick , professional and had the best range of products at really good prices. I wanted a pop display fridge for my pizza shop. I looked everywhere. FFD had the best range and beat everyone on price. But most importantly the fridge was delivered when they said it would and you were able to track it fully.”

“The delivery and service was great, however the fridge didn't have the door attached properly when it arrived. We only discovered it when we unwrapped it. It proved quite a challenge to fix it on. We didn't want to send it back, so fixed it ourselves. Also it would be helpful to get some instructions about how to remove the fridge from the palate it arrived on. (required lying fridge on it's back and cutting tie clips underneath.”

“Fridge was so noisy that couldn’t be used in the home whatsoever, should have had a very strong advisory stating this, had to sell it myself at a big loss”

Thank you for your feedback. As a supplier of commercial refrigeration we do state on our product pages that our bottle coolers are for commercial use and are not recommended for domestic use due to the higher power consumption and increased noise levels. “On the whole a good service. From my point of view door step delivery is always a problem. Delivery times can be vague so having people around to get the equipment inside is not always possible, and you really don’t want brand new electrical equipment left out in the rain”
