“I ordered & requested a note be added for a birthday which is an option. It was not added. I have emailed twice but no reply. I have ordered in the past but I won't order again due to the lack of care & communication.”

Hello, Thank you for your review. The gift notes are printed automatically on a section of the packing slip which is separated and included with the all orders, whether a gift message has been added or not. Sometimes they can slip underneath the paper packaging, which can cause them to be overlooked by the recipient—but rest assured, they are always included.
