“Hi Friars the chocolates I received were delicious and there are other flavours I'm interested in, but find the prices a bit too extravagant for me, I expected them to be priced a little higher, but not as high as they were, I want get some cherry liqueurs chocolates but a bit expensive for me, but thankyou Friars the few I did get were delicious,!”

“I ordered the Dubai chocolate truffles but unfortunately they taste nothing like the pistachio chocolate. The chocolate is so tough and dry, the inside is a bright green gel like cream that tastes of almond and marzipan and not pistachio as advertised. Also doesn’t look like a truffle inside, the ‘cream’ was in its own blob not like the pictures. Bought as a gift and not sure I can give them, I couldn’t even finish one truffle! Such a shame and really let down… bought two packs as sounded so nice but what a waste!”

“Very disappointed not much taste at all to your chocolate itself and nearly all the flavours were not up to much eith thats why i am disappointed looked nice i ordered them for our Anaversersy to go with champagne what a waste of money”

“I thought I would try friars chocolates instead of hotel chocolates I thought hotel chocolates had a bit more variety of different flavours I would come back again for the flavours that hotel chocolates does not do the price are much dearer than hotel chocolates but I would come back again”

“My only objection was that I ordered the chocolates and forgot that they had to be delivered to a London address, so I immediately rang you and a lady rearranged the address. However, your packers were so efficient that she failed to divert the order in time. Never mind.”
