“Very quick for engineer to arrive to fix an issue. The person I initially spoke to was very helpful and even took the time to ring back to say they could get an engineer out earlier than originally booked in for”

“David Kiss (our account manager) has been outstanding in his customer service helping us choose a new coffee machine, sparkling water tap and relocating items to our new office. He is always available to help and finds solutions quickly and efficiently - give him a pay rise, he deserves it!! All FreshGround engineers are also excellent and very hard working.”

“We changed to Freshground for the promise of an improved response to breakdowns. Apparently there have been lots of holidays booked and engneers off sick at the start of our contract, but the service is nowhere near where it was promised.”
