The engineer was booked in for Monday 11.03.2024 however received the following email: I must apologise but the engineer was in the area today and it seems he’s gone a bit off grid and tried to get ahead of the game by doing a few services that are booked for Monday, including this one. I’ve just called him, and a cleaner has let him into the building and he’s doing the service as we speak – apologies for the inconvenience. Due to the nature of the business all site visits must be booked in to ensure escorting can be arranged.

The response to my issue took over 2 weeks to get sorted and even then I had to chase up before they sent someone the following day. I was told that they couldn't find the email, which I sent them as proof. It really should not have taken that long and I certainly should not of had to chase up.

Aftercare service not up to scratch especially the size of contract we have with them, the quantity of machines and what we spend with them. Its a very large contract.

Installation of the new sparking Billi tap has already gone wrong after very little use. Now have to wait up to a week for an engineer.
