I have been with FreshGround for a while now. Their customer service and repair response times are very good. My only gripe (hence the 4*) is that they don't dispose of the old filters. Apart from that, keep up the good work, team.

Whilst Catherine could not fix the issue (a regulator maintained by another contractor), I must comment on her refreshing attitude, customer care and politeness. A real credit to the company.

First visit for maintenance, Lyndon was the chap. He cracked on and was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He knew that I was new to the machine as new into the role so he showed me some tricky parts of cleaning it and he also set up the clock to change cleaning times. He was very helpful. 5 star for the engineer Piotr Lipski, by far the most knowledge engineer at Fresh Ground, he is a pleasure to deal with, brilliant service from him. A star down for a slow response to our queries from the sales team, we are not getting the answers back unfortunately.

A pleasant and effective engineer. He mentioned that he lives in Wimbledon and came up to help us! I could have suggested that he lived up here and went down for Wimbledon customers

Water machine was giving out grey water after the visit - we have run water through it multiple times and now clear.

The engineer who attended to our machines today was very professional and knew what he was doing. I have nothing but praise for him. he left all of our machines in good working order. we really appreciated him.

From the very start of our communications with Freshground, we have received excellent service from all personnel. Pricing initially took a little time re negotiation. Delivery of the machine and goods - excellent. Installation of the Coffee Machine - outstanding, training included and time given to us, very polite and professional.

Nick was very pleasant arrived on site and immediately got on with the job. Once completed he explained the installation fully showed me where the new equipment was under the sink and gave me instruction on how to use the new water filter. Very professional and efficient job and the site was left clean and tidy.
